Question about the free cookbook that was posted today...

So I started reading the cookbook that someone posted about being free earlier today on Amazon. The end of the first chapter says, and I quote: "The Paleo diet is not a body building diet. If you want to pump up your muscles, this diet will not be beneficial to you. The principles of this diet are directly opposed to this diet... Weight lifting type exercises can not be maintained on the Paleo diet." Umm...what do you guys think about this?

It's a pile of crap.
It most likely means "low carb Paleo"; weight lifting all but requires carbs to be done efficiently. With Paleo starches like potatoes, quinoa, white rice, etc, there's no reason why you couldn't build mass on Paleo.0
