The pastor at our church is encouraging a 21-day 'fast' & prayer .. first fruits for the new year. I'm planning to do the Daniel Fast - “In those days I, Daniel, was mourning three full weeks. I ate no pleasant food, no meat or wine came into my mouth...."

How's the fast going? It will probably help detox you from sugar and junk.0
