Mini Challenge!

Just to keep you on your toes, tomorrow we are doing a mini challenge.

Before every meal and snack you have tomorrow you need to do 10 squats. Want a biscuit? 10 squats first!

For me. this will help me with snacking. Do I reeeeealy want to do 10 squats to have that little snack? Probably not :)

    Yes, it is just standing up and sitting down in a chair. But that's about my pace right now. If that gets easy, then I'll use my (sturdy) coffee table, which is lower and will make the exercise more difficult (for me).

    Edited to note: My current eating plan is about snacks. I'm trying to eat something (small or medium) every two to three hours.

    im in a world of hurt from 30 day shred so this will be hard for me, we just have to do our best.

    Forgot to do squats before I ate breakfast (oops!) but I did them right after, and then I remembered before lunch so at least that went well! Will remember to do them before snacks and dinner too :)
