oh my goodness yes! Especially about "healthy living" and exercise. With so many different workout systems and ideas on what is the best diet to lose weight, I just would get into analysis paralysis. That would lead into stressful eating, and I would just quit. I saw this quote on pinterest that I have taken to heart. It says, "You don't have to go fast, just go." So now I just pray about it and go with my gut, or what my mom calls "your first mind". Usually your first thought is the best one.

I love that tntmom17! I'm incredibly indecisive, especially when it comes to purchasing something, especially big ticket items. I kick myself in the end sometimes because I put pressure on myself to make a decision quickly all the while convincing myself how ridiculous I'm being about not being able to make a decision. Vicious cycle!

I'm still working on slowing myself down, taking a deep breath and praying about it.

I can totally relate! What I found helps me a lot is to ask myself if what I want to do will help/lead me to what or where I want to be. For instance, yesterday was my first day back at work since December 14. All day long I was dreading the 44 minute cardio party DVD because I was tired. I was hemming and hawing over whether or not to take a rest day...after much indecisiveness about it, I decided I was wanting to be lazy, but shouldn't.

Everyone is different though, but I think if you keep your goals/best intentions in mind, and in your heart, you'll do fine. :)

I love that quote too. Thanks for sharing!

Yes, I can be indecisive. My personality type is the type that analyzes the options before making a decision. (My principal is very into personality tests and has had us do a few.) I know I can get bogged down in weighing my options and organizing things before I start. I recognize this trait and force myself to choose and start. Things don't need to be perfect - I just need to DO them.
