I just update my info on the spreadsheet and I realized I set my goal at 170. Currently I am 188 which means I would have to lose 18 pounds in 5 weeks. I think that is too much. However I am not giving up. I am going to keep going. I just don't think I will make it to 170. :cry:

    Maybe you are not going to make it until Valentines, but hey, do not put too much pressure in those scale numbers! What is more important is, that you feel good on the inside!

    Seems that there are many in this group who are at war with their scales latly! As long as you do not give up on yourself, everything will be okay! Take you time to loose the weight and as they say so often here on MFP:

    It is a marathon, not a sprint!

    It is hard to set goals. If you set it too low, you are not challenging yourself. If you set it too high, you take a hit in the self esteem category. The important thing is to keep setting goals and working toward them. You can do it - one step - one meal - one workout - one day - one pound at a time. And we will be right there with you cheering you on!

    Thanks ladies. I will keep on fighting. I won't worry so much about the scale. :)
