I am thrill to be part of this exciting group, let's continue to keep motivate each other.
One thing I want to do is try to keep track of ALL POUNDS LOST SINCE JAN 1st..... Have this keep rolling over week after week, month after month.... It'll be EXCITING & MOTIVATING to see that numbers GROW throughout our 50 Day Challenge!!!
The idea is to to see who can go the LONGEST continuing to lose their 1 POUND PER WEEK........ Weekly weigh-ins will be reported here to see all group members progress. Hope everyone loves this idea!!!

I usually weigh in on Mondays, but I did weigh yesterday after getting back from vacation and I was 127.8.0 -

I'm looking forward to my next weigh in, though I know the next one will probably be my best one because I wasn't good over Xmas and New Year. A few days of clean eating have already dropped the water weight and got rid of that bloated yuk feeling.0

I would like to do this, but I have reached my goal weight and now am only losing .2 a week so don't think I will be any competition. Everyone can beat me. lol I will be cheering you all on to lose, Lose, LOSE!!

Now this is about the only challenge I can do is weight loss. Due to being physically impaired I can't really do any of the other cardio or strength challenges. However I am wondering how the recording is to be done. I see all these weeks listed on each persons posting but after 1 hour of posting I didn't think you could edit a posting. So come next week we can't enter in what we lost on our posting listed here. So are we going to have a Survivor week 1 week 2 etc posting. I weighed when this 50 day challenge started which was Wednesday 1/2 3780
