Hi! Late to the party, but I was doing this on my own anyway. Goal is to hold 4 minute plank-no rest for WillPower plank challenge.
1/2- 1.5 min elbows no rest
1/3- 2 min arms no rest
1/2- 1.5 min elbows no rest
1/3- 2 min arms no rest
