Before and After pictures

Hi ladies
Just checking in to see if you have taken any before pictures? I did,and all though I dont notice much around my belly & hips but ..my arms have toned up! Im going to try to upload the before and after picture to my profile later if you want to take a look.
I did take my before picture end of November aprox .. and did go back to the gym 2nd week of Dec. , but I was only going twice a week because I have 2 little kids its not always convienent to go...so that could have contributed a little , not a ton.
The after pic I took after one week of slim in 6. I didnt think I was goig to like resistance bands, but I thin.k they are definately making a difference in toning.

OK my arm before & after pic is up in my photos on my profile. Its not a huge difference , but Its an improvement and it will keep me going!!
Also please excuse my lousy shave.. I had no idea I was going to be sharing .But I will prepare for next time!0 -
Yes, I took some "before" pictures so I can compare when I am done in 6 weeks!0

I took my "before" photos this morning and am most definately not looking at those anymore untill the six weeks are up!0
