I'm not sure if I need to lose more weight or just continue on my journey of working to reduce body fat %. I was pleasantly surprised today when I did my measurements of neck, waist, and hips. Even though my weight has only gone down by two pounds during the last month, I didn't expect my measurements to have gone down by 0.5 inches! That seems like a significant amount to me over a relatively short period of time. (My main form of exercise is HIIT.)

I'm curious to hear from others. What results have you seen in your measurements/body fat % as a result of working out regularly and tracking calories?
