exercise goal: Plank holds. try to up your amount of minutes each day start with 2 minutes on the first day if you can.

non exercise goal: try a new food this week. tell us about it. share a recipe even.

    had to do the planks as dolphin planks. my wrists are hurting.

    my new food today was chipotle elk steaks. Elk steak are nothing new for us but I have never cooked them with Chipotle flavoring before. They were quite good.

    planks in dolphin done (1 minute this morning 1 minute this evening, haven't got past 2 minutes yet)

    We did hamburger mac but used ground turkey tonight.

    Haven't done the planks yet and i just ate so will do them later. I can do about a minute. I am making bbq chicken pizza from scratch with white and wheat flour on saturday and crockpot chicken taco chili from skinnytaste.com on sunday. Both of these are new to me. I will let ya'll know how they taste.

    T Y. I haven't done my planks today. Dealing with a sick baby all day. I made Salmon in a mustard sauce tonight. It was delish!!!!!!
