Challenges, starting Monday

I'm starting two challenges on Monday if anyone wants to join one or both of them;

1) 15 day detox. I use the Totally Natural supplement kit, but essentially the diet is meat free, dairy free, sugar free, caffeine free, alcohol free etc....

2) 50 days sugar free (no more than 6g of sugar per 100g) in combination with exercising at least 30mins per day, seven days a week.
