    Hit my before holiday goal of being under 140 (139.6). Started the same goal on January 2nd - giving myself until the end of Feb.

    January 4th weight - 144.4

    On Friday I weighed 131.6. Glad to see the scale moving down again after the holidays.

    Last weeks weight: 149.6 (12/31/12)
    This weeks weight: 151.6 (1/7/13)
    Goal weight: 140 by 2/6/2013

    I hope the weight lifting I added will get me back on track.

    I did not weigh on friday...I think I was scared from the holiday. I did yesterday so if no one minds, I think I will wait until this Friday to post as it will have been at least. 7 day stretch between loss postings.

    I actually feel really good about my food intake and level of exercise, but no results this week. If this continues another week I'll have to tweak my strategy again.

    Hey! Sorry about not posting for Friday weigh ins, I was away on business trips these last couple weeks and will get back at it! We may as well just keep using this thread as you've been doing.

    I have to inquire as to how to pin it so it's always at the top... anyone know how to do this?

    After a few weeks (through the holidays) at the same number - 156, I lost one pound last week and another half a pound this week - now down to 154.5. Started with MFP at 179, but highest weight was 183, so my total is 29 lbs. One day I hope to be in the 120 range, like Teresa.
