Hi gentlemen. I'm new to MFP and am looking for some friends willing to hold me accountable and have me reciprocate. When I'm focused on eating well and exercise I'm fairly diligent. However, with a wife and two kids, a demanding job, and grad school it's easy to get derailed. I started going to kettlebell classes a few months ago but didn't really lose much because I wasn't paying any attention to my diet. A couple of weeks ago, I started keeping track of food and started logging it on MFP this week. I'm also stepping up my exercise routine a bit.

I'm usually not very good at social networking sites, but I'd really appreciate some people to partner up with and hold each other accountable and check in with each other a few times a week.
