Hi Girls so it is time for the first measure:
My initial stats are below:
Belly = 30.5 inches (77.5cm)
Waist = 28.1 inches (71.5cm)
Hips = 38.6 inches (98cm)
Thigh (R) = 20.9 inches (53cm)
Thigh (L) = 20.5 inches (52cm)
Good luck over the next 28 days everyone, keep dedicated to the exercise and calorie goals and we should definitely see a change !!

I'm looking forward to this challenge.
My initial stats:
Waist: 27 inches
Hips: 36 inches
Thighs: 21.5 inches
Weight: 123 lbs
I will be alternating between Ripped In 30 and Killer Buns and Thighs.
I have also taken a before picture but won't put it up until I have an after pic to go with it0 -

Right Thigh - 22"
Left Thigh - 22.5"
Right Bicep - 13"
Left Bicep - 12.5"
Hips - 42.25"
Chest - 31.5"
Bust - 39.5"

I also posted under the wrong thread. My measurements:
Belly - 38" (96.5cm)
Waist - I'm measuring 3" (7.5cm) above my navel = 35" (89cm)
Hips - 38.5" (98cm)
Thighs - right - 20.75" (52.5 cm) left - 20.5" (52cm)
Weight - 161 lbs as of two days ago.
Bust - . 43" (109cm).0 -
Just to make you aware I only received initial measures from some of you - you will know who you are, others I didn't so I have been unable to add you into my spreadsheet (feel free to let me know if you simply forgot on here or via a private message to me if you want me to keep track for you).
I have no problem if you wish to do these yourself and keep them to yourself, measurements are personal and it is upto you whether you want to share.
Also I am aware that some people do both thighs and both arms and not their tummy, and some do their bust and others don't and some do weight and others don't!!
Basically what you measure is upto you because we all have different areas of focus - so I have just adapted the spreadsheet for each person with what they want to include on the measures - this isn't a problem - just try to keep to the same pattern each measure so we can track / monitor well!! :-)
It is nearly time for our next measure!! I am NOT confident having been out of action with exercise and not being great with the food during that time either!!0 -
