Weighing during Reset

I'm on week 5 of my reset... I havn't looked at the scale bc I know it will most likely bum me out, and I'm not interested in that! However, in a lot of posts I've seen that people keep a close eye on their scale to see when they are gaining/maintaining at TDEE... should I be doing this?!

    I am no expert but from my experience I would keep an eye on your weight. I thought I was eating at tdee but I calculated it incorrectly off my BMF. I was consistently gaining each week. If I didn't check my weight I wouldn't have realized.
