Clean Diary question

So, today was my first day really eating clean and I had huge trouble eating enough calories. We just finished dinner and I'm full. I'm planning to have a chocolate protein shake later (while I watch the season premiere of Downton Abbey) just so I can hit 1300 calories.
Would anyone mind looking at my diary for today and tell me what you think? I feel like I've eaten a TON of food, but I don't want my body to do without the things it needs. I know I'm way over on protein and fiber, but I'm way under on fat and "carbs".
I really appreciate any advice.

It looks good to me...maybe try a 1/4 cup oatmeal in the morning to help as carbs?0

Definitely you need more grains. Try brown rice/oatmeal/ezekiel bread/whole grain pasta. Its easy to mix up pasta or rice with cooked veggies0

Quinoa is a wonderful high protein grain. It has a nutty flavour. I sometimes eat it for breakfast with fruit instead of oats or replace rice with it. I LOVE it.0
