Week 2 mini goal

Hello Folks!

My goal last week was no eating after 8 and I did great six of the seven days. I plan to add a goal this week. My goal for the week is submitting an entry in my food diet daily. What is your goal?

    My goal is to get in three full workouts this week. I'm going to be getting up early, too...this morning I was up by 4:30, and got in 45 minutes with the Wii Fit. I'm hoping to get together with a friend on Thursday and hit the treadmills at the Y.

    This week my goal is to make healthier snack choices. I find myself craving less and less of the junk food, but still eating them out of habit. So I am going to work on being aware of what I am taking in and make healthier choices (sometimes).

    my goal is to not snack off the kids' plates. i am so guilty of this...especially when I'm clearing the table. My excuse is that I don't want the food to go to waste!
