Well, this is day one of my clean eating lifestyle change. Any advice to a newbie? I'm over halfway through Tosca Reno's Recharged book.

Her book is a great way to start (I may be bias as that is how I started) I am usually pretty strict at home (I said usually lol) but when I am out with others I just do my best to eat clean sometimes bringing my own snacks (I sometimes say that I was just really craving it that way it gets them off my back about not eating the chips or cakes that they have available) other times when I am less prepared (If you look at my diary from last night at my in-laws it was not so great) I just have to suck it up and move on. I love cooking clean it amazes me how awesome food is and how we can create so many wonder types of food that fuel our body!0
