Book says small bowl( how much?) made with water or milk? Sweeteners?
I didn't know so used only water and 1pkg Splenda for 1 cup cooked old-fashioned oatmeal with half banana

    On Saturday, I made it with water but added almond milk (because I dont drink regular milk) and 1 tbsp of equal. And the book said 1 small bowl = 1 cup!

    I just got the book and it's 1.5 cups cooked oats.
