My starting weight on 01/01 was 175lbs (down 6lbs from the week before!)
Weigh in tomorrow! Not expecting the same weight loss but hoping for my 1lb aim!!

well i gained. 5 lbs! :sad: can't believe it. totally gutted. I was aiming to get below 200lb by the end of january but i don't see that happening the way things are going. I know some of it will be water, but not all of it

I was so happy when I got on the scale this a.m because this is the first time I've had a loss in a long time.

This morning was 168.4
I'm totally okay with this because my goal was half a pound a week since I only have about 20 to take off.

Yay team! lost my 1 pound, not sure why it not showing on my ticker. I updated it. Anyway, wow, what it takes to loose a pound makes me want to be certain not to put one on again!0

Got on the scale last night and wow was I surprised to see 219 again on the scale I am back under 220 and it feels great. I had jumped back up to 223 with the muscle weight so if you don't count that then I have lost 1.5 pounds since I started my 2013 weight lose journey. But if you do then I have lost 4.5 pounds haha0
