My starting weight on 01/01 was 175lbs (down 6lbs from the week before!)
Weigh in tomorrow! Not expecting the same weight loss but hoping for my 1lb aim!!

well i gained. 5 lbs! :sad: can't believe it. totally gutted. I was aiming to get below 200lb by the end of january but i don't see that happening the way things are going. I know some of it will be water, but not all of it
