Calorie Allocation

Is it OK to have your meals all the same size throughout the day?
Should they start big and get smaller?

I eat 5 times a day and at the moment the calories are all over the place. I want to eat 250cal 5 times a day.

Does anyone else do this?

    As long as you're within your "limits" for the day, I don't think it makes a big difference.
