Calcium Supplements / Intake

Hi ladies! I am currently doing Jamie Eason's fat loss plan from Bodybuilding.com. It's not LiveFit, but is similar probably to the third month of LiveFit.

I know on the LiveFit stack, Jamie recommends possibly adding a calcium supplement if you are not taking a multivitamin that has calcium. I've been doing this program for about 3 weeks now and I've noticed that my bones just kind of ache. The cardio I've been doing with the program is a lot of jumping/plyo.

Does anyone think that taking a calcium supplement might help?? Is this just in my head?? Has anyone else found that anything helps?
