    Hello! I'm 5'0ft, CW: 108.4lbs GW 100-103lbs.

    I have not taken a body shot pic in over 6 months but tomorrow morning (bloat free!) I will take one.

    I started out a year and a half ago at about 115-117lbs. I have lost weight sllllllloooooooowwww obviously but it is because I never followed a structured program and was consistant with staying within my macros/deficit.

    I work out about 6 days a week. 3-4 will be pretty intense cardio for 40-60mins and 2-3 may be something more mild. I do light weights for 20mins 3xs a week and I will go through boughts of Tracy Anderson floor work for weeks at a time. Every time I do my legs and buns look great!

    I am easing my self into following a more structured eating plan. I am more focused on making healthy choices then dieting but I know that I have to be in a deficit to make any more progress. When your small EVERY freakin calorie counts! And we don't get too many of them either! Ha!
