Took the dog for a 2 mile walk this morning. Ended up being 40 minutes. I was also going to lift weights later today, but my clumsy self spilled just-boiled water on my hands, so that might not happen. At least I got the 40 minutes in early!0

Did a 35 min hike today. I am also going to do a 20-25 min walk with my dogs later this evening0

I posted on the other but I'll post here too. 45 minutes of swimming laps. Still on too many restrictions from my surgery workout wise, so swimming and a little treadmill are it for a few more weeks until my Neurosurgeon gives me the go ahead. But the important thing is I worked out.
Can't wait til I can do the killer types of workouts where I'm so sore I can't move! But just watch, then I'll complain about it! lol

Great job everyone! So happy to see you in day 2!
I just got done with my 30 minutes incline walking at 15% incline. Legs still a little sore from the Nike Training Club workout that I did last Saturday but is getting better ... Just no running yet...maybe next week. My first 5K is in a week & a half so gotta train for that.
Thanks all for your support...rest well and we'll play again tomorrow...:flowerforyou:0 -
Yesterday I worked out on the bowflex and got in some weight training. couldnt believe I got in 45 min of training. however I like to rest one min in between sets so that makes it a little longer and it was my first time on the bowflex in 6 months
This morning I'm printing out my workout from the manual in half pages. I will create a log for the bottom half that I can change out when full and the top half is the pic and how to complete exercise and what it is good for. I will make an exercise binder and I'm good to go. The first reason for said binder? Our bowflex poster is pretty eaton up:) The second reason? I'm on sabbatical / retired and it helps with the OCD office bug
Enjoy Sweties0 -
