Introducing myself

Hi everyone,

I started with My Fitness Pal yesterday and need a group to join to help me with my goals.

I am currently at 221 lbs and really want out of the 200's as my first goal. Reasons to lose - be healthier and get off blood pressure pills; be more active without my knees hurting; feel and look better.

I will be ready to weigh in tomorrow and share with the group.
