Hello and welcome to our support group. It's time to make some positive changes and what better time than NOW?! Remember that you don't have to make huge changes. In fact, committing to one small change daily will add up to a lot. All you have to do is
pick 1, stop drinking soda, stop eating white bread....etc. And take action on it.

Once that habit gets solid you can kick in the
next one. Then rinse,wash, and repeat. Pretty soon, you'll be shrinking and able to maintain it! Believe in yourself!
