Exercise that doesn't involve SWEAT!

Hi,

I am over 50 and, while not new to online weightloss programs (I lost 40 pounds with WeightWatchers a few years ago), I am new to MyFitnessPal. I like many of it's features and do feel that it is making me more aware of how much I eat and how little I exercise.

As I age, I find that I hate sweating. Call it hot flashes or what you will. Anyway, I was hoping to find a group to talk about ways to exercise that don't involve:

a. Sweating
b. A dedicated amount of time each day
c. Special gear/equipment/space (although I am a geek so technology doesn't count)
d. Sweating

Any thoughts?
