Calories

Hi. I know most of you don't track but for those of you who do, how many calories do you consume and still lose weight, also how much are you losing on that amount of calories?

    I track still but I'm finding I'm monitoring my carb more than my calories these days. I'm 5'11'' and I eat 1800 calories goal. Most weeks I average that daily. Usually with a day or two under and a day or two over in one week. I average a 2 pound a week lost since I started (with bigger loses the first 2 weeks of my cycle and smaller losses the second two weeks.) I try to keep my carbs under 100. It seems to be the magic number for me.

    I have been eating paleo since November 1. I also allow up to two non-paleo meals a week. I still have about 40 to 50 pounds to lose.
