For those of you that will be weighing in sometime in the next few days. Let WEEK 2 BEGIN!!! No pressure but we lost over 205 POUNDS LAST WEEK! Can we beat it?

First week of hard work over, and down 2 lbs. I love the goal of 1 pound a week. Very realisitic and If I was successful, I would reach my goal weight with that plan by this time next year. Slow and steady.0

Because you posted your losses in the week 2 thread, if you don't mind I'll count it toward week 2? I know it's kinda confusing but it's based on the DATE of your weigh in. Even though it might have been YOUR week 1, because Wed starts week 2 here, I'll count it in week 2. Hope that's ok! No big deal as long as it GETS COUNTED, right!0 -

Because I'm all about making this a lifestyle that fits YOUR LIFE, I am NOT making anyone weigh in on a certain day of the week. Weigh in on whatever day of the week that works for YOU!
However, when you go to report to us your loss, PLEASE, PLEASE POST IT TO PROPER THREAD.... Look at the dates of "weight loss thread" and post it to the thread that includes your date that you weighed in.... So for example if you weighed in on Jan 7 than you should post to 1/1 THRU 1/8 WEEK 1 WEIGHT LOSS THREAD but if you weighed in on Jan 10 than you post to 1/9 THRU 1/15 WEEK 2 WEIGHT LOSS POST.
I'm trying to keep it simple. It'll get easier as we get through the first couple of weigh ins.0 -

Wk 2 = 164 - * 2 pound weight loss.
Jillian Michaels is beating the pounds right off me! I can't wait to take measurements on Feb. 1st.0 -
