I wish it was more, but it IS 3lb and 3 inches lost in the last month, which is better than I've done so far. With the exception of last Saturday, I've been eating really well since Jan 1, and I really upped my cardio this past week, as well. Hopefully the weight loss picks up...0 -

My staring weight is: 207 (the heaviest i have ever been)
My current weight is: 201 (six pounds in the first week!)

I just joined this group. I am currently at 190.4bls, I started Dec 1st at 196.8 lbs and my goal weight is 125lbs.
Looks like we have similar start weights and end weights. So happy I looked for this group!0
