Macronutrient proportions for Phase I

Greetings.

I am brand new to SBD and to MFP, but both have been treating me very well and I feel great. I have over 100# to lose, so I am in it for the long haul.

However, I have one question: roughly, what should a SBD Phase 1 diet's macronutrient proportions (carb/fat/prot%) end up running?
My MFP settings are still set to their standard defaults, and I was hoping to bring them more into line with what I was actually eating.
