I went to the gym earlier after opening my 30 day shred dvd.
My daughter did it whilst I was out so I thought what the heck when I got back, and put it on, as she was saying "not that hard" (she breaks a sweat on the stairs - kids!!!)

OMG!!!!!!!! I do some pretty hard classes at the gym but that packed in to 20 minutes is horrible.

However, I have decided. I finish work at 3 and am home by 3.15. I dont have to pick my boy up until 4. Therefore, I am going to *try* and stick with it daily - at least in the week, cant speak yet for weekends with the kids and other half all around... I go to the gym or a class or swimming - or a combo 5/7 so with this added in, I should be seeing results soon I hope.

But ouch!!! Does it ever get easier?

    It does get easier...at least, that's what I keep telling myself. :smile:
    I finished day 3 last night and I was hoping it was a little easier but I added some new weights. Hopefully, tonight will be better.

    Hope you're able to fit it in today. It's absolutely worth it!

    It gets much easier on Day 5. But its gonna be hard till then. But stick with it. I am just finished Level 1 Day 8. :)
  • Had to have snack when I got in so haven't done it yet. Out to body pump at 7 so need to cook kids dinner and got this in before I go. Loads of time! I'll report back later!
