    Everyone is doing so good. Remember it does not matter if you do not make it to 3500. What counts is being active! So, does everyone have a game plan for the WEEKEND? I know for me that is a hard time for food and exercise. For example this weekend, I have 2 parties to attend and I do not want to overeat. If we stay active here, and keep posting our exercises we can get through the weekend.

    Wednesday - January 9, 2013 - Burned 326 Calories - Brisk Walking

    I am new to exercising and counting calories. Therefore, it is baby steps for me. I will work hard to catch up to my Biggest Loser team with the over 1,000 calories burned daily...... I am learning to track my calories burned on my Sportline Solo 925W Women's Heart Rate Monitor + Pedometer Watch. Keyword is learning.


    Weasel9999........That's a great start!!!! 326 is a great burn, that was about hour right at about 3.5, nice work.

    You are doing great. I am making snail like progress. Is calories counted on MFP way to go. I walked for one hour it states 250 calories. Do you think this is correct? Others have walking for one hour and over 300 calories. I never know what is correct.

    LittleLucy23....you need to figure out how fast you are walking..As for me, I'm on a treadmill. I walk at a pace of 3.8. I go 3.5 miles in 60 minutes and I burn about 411 claories. I also use a bodybugg that calulates my calories. Hope that helps. Barb

    I will be be continuing the Turbo Fire plus the air climb stepper on Saturday but on Sun, I don't do any exercise!! That's one of my rest days.

    That could be accurate if you logged it in as a slow pace walk. The last time I logged walking for 1 hr at fast pace, I burned 490 cals. Hope this helps.
