Today I had 8 different fruits in my breakfast smoothie.
No exercise
Still on meds which include steroids...so bare with me team as I get rid of this bronchitis.

Sunday - +11 (no exercise, and over calorie budget, and I didn't contact anyone - sorry)
Monday - +22 (big day 800+ calories, for some reason, my fruit carried me thru lunch, left a big deficit for dinner, so I had a nice big protein shake late, still had 600 extra calories)0 -

Good day for points, but I have to say, I am feeling bloated and I scared for the weigh in. I hope the 7-day cleanse that I am doing doesn't sabatoge the scale for me tomorrow morning. Fingers crossed!0 -
