    Today I had 8 different fruits in my breakfast smoothie.

    No exercise

    Still on meds which include steroids...so bare with me team as I get rid of this bronchitis.

    We still going to win...Let's keep the faith

    Sorry, got a couple days behind on reporting my challenge

    Sunday - +11 (no exercise, and over calorie budget, and I didn't contact anyone - sorry)
    Monday - +22 (big day 800+ calories, for some reason, my fruit carried me thru lunch, left a big deficit for dinner, so I had a nice big protein shake late, still had 600 extra calories)

    3 points - yes, there are apples and lemons in my mean green juice
    5 points - kale, celerey, cucumber, carrots and onions & carrots in my chili
    5 points - yes
    5 points - 1.5 hours today!

    Good day for points, but I have to say, I am feeling bloated and I scared for the weigh in. I hope the 7-day cleanse that I am doing doesn't sabatoge the scale for me tomorrow morning. Fingers crossed!

    I need to up my veggies!! I was glad however that I stayed in my calories as it is my hubby's birthday today.
