Update(Day 1-Day 3)

Day 1 went great as far as workouts were concerned. I ended up eating less. I was not feeling the bean option. I went shopping for all the foods on Saturday. I did a meal prep on Sunday. The shakes are really good! My favorite is the Tropical Splash Protein Shake.
Day 2(Tuesday) I was hungrier I ended up having 1 serving of Multi Grain Cheerios w/ 1/2c of almond milk off schedule.
Day 3 I made good food choices. I did not workout. It was a rest day and I didn't feel like working out
