eh, might as well stick to the cheeseburgers i make already. mince bacon and get some shredded cheese, and ground beef. Then mix it all up in a bowl. fry. Serve with avocado on the side.

This is what my friend Sam made, just getting into Keto.


Anyone else have any favorite recipes? I certainly don't eat stuff like this all the time, I eat the same thing most days (for breakfast and lunch anyway) but for those getting into it, or those who need more flavor or those who love to cook, I'd love to see some more variety without resorting to eating out! Although I *DO* love the Denny's Meat lover's omelette, substituting toast and hash browns for servings of broccoli on the side. And maybe some cream cheese. :)
