How much did you lose in the last week?

I've lost 3 pounds in the last week! I'm pretty happy with that. More importantly, I was GOOD this week. I stuck to my whole foods, healthy diet and I hit all my macros, stayed under my calorie goal. I have an appointment with the doctor to get approved to resume exersize. That's gonna help a lot. I'm planning on doing light cardio one day a week and lifting 3 days a week. (I have to start slow, I'm recovering from a hospital stay). I can't wait!

So how did everybody else do in the last week?

    not weighing in till this sunday to complete the first weeks challenge but doing ok so far.
    getting walks in and doing good with food so we shall see sunday :)

    i weighed-in yesterday.
    im down 5lbs.
    i dont plan on weighing-in again until Monday.
    weekly tends to be best for me. i dont wanna obsess about it.

    now if i could just get the rest of my water in for the day! =)
    ugh. i hate water.

    This past seems like the weight has been slow to come off, I'm used to seeing 1.5lbs or 2lbs but I'm happy with the 1lbs, looking forward to the next weigh in.

    Me too...I gained after a good week last week. :grumble: No one's fault but my own so today is a new day and here I go AGAIN...losing the same pounds that I've lost I don't know how many times...Ugh! At least it's just the weekend that I blew it and not to the total challenge. Here we go again!

    It went well, I adhered to the challenges. and I went from the recorded 195.4 to 192.2! TBH, the 195.4 was from a week before we started and I really weighed 197.2 the day we started, BUT, I wanted to put the lower weight in as my official weight. After all... who wants to admit they GAINED weight?? Even if it's a small amount??? :laugh:

    Looking forward to week 2!
