What are some easy 0-1 point items you have found besides what is listed on the WW site as zero points? I am new to this and am trying to figure out how to best spend my points. For example, I found that the Fiber One Strawberry Yogurt is only 1 point. What else is good to snack on for 1 point or less?

    Humus and Carrots is what I like and a serving is 1 point and 2 servings of carrots is 1 point.

    Most of the 0 point snacks I have are fruits or veggies. Sugar free Jell-O cups are a pretty good 0 point snack. Philly Swirls Sweet Delights dreamsicles are 0 points as well and they're freakin' AWESOME!

    The one point snacks I enjoy regularly are:
    --Fiber One 90 calorie fiber bars and brownies
    --Hunt's sugar free chocolate pudding pack
    --1 oz of Cabot 75% reduced fat cheddar cheese
    --Hormel turkey pepperoni sticks
    --A serving of fat free Pringles
