when u see a good looking guy or girl in the elevator? LOL
Saw this really cute guy in the elevator this morning and he asked if I worked at XYZ firm and I said no, with ABC and I didn't elaborate but now i'm thinking I should have! oh well hopefully I run into him again.
in my defense I did smile so he should have taken that as a hint to keep the conversation going.
what would you have said to keep the conversation going?

You could've asked him if he worked there. If he said yes, ask about it. If he said no, ask about what he does.0

If I'm really interested I'll say hello and will make general chat trying to show interest ( hi my name is ... , I work here at xyz as general conversation starters). If I don't receive much interest back I'll just stop trying to make conversation: If I do I'll probably flirt a little more with my body language and be more expressive, and see where the conversation goes from there.0

i know he works in my bldg cuz i've seen him a few times which is probably part of the reason I froze. don't wanna make the wrong impression and then get stuck seeing that person on the elevator all the time.
also about work. ive been trying not to interrogate people by asking them what they do for a living.
so far i've gathered:
lift up my shirt - probably wont do that lol
emergency stop - may try that if he's really cute LOL
ask questions - i'll try this next time!0 -
Try and speak to him and if you mess it up big style you can just start talking the stairs and say it's part of your new fitness regime!
