What is that exactly and what does it mean? I went on the EM2WL website, but I still don't understand it. Any help would be super appreciated--thanks!

Basically you find out what your estimated TDEE would be (amount of calories you need to eat to maintain your current weight), you can use one of the calculators in the sticky posts or anywhere, and you eat that for about 8 weeks.
You would do a reset if basically you have been eating 1200 (or less) calories for a long period of time.. This would reset your body to what you should actually be able to eat in a day.
Sort of sums it up.0
