Hello Ladies,

I am looking for a low sugar meal replacement shake as the one I am currently on has 14g per serve.

Does anyone have a good recommendation?

This is my Fruit n' Greens Smoothie! It doesn't have any added sugar, although there is a lot of fruit in it so the natural sugar level will be quite high. But it's super delicious and nutritious!

    - 2 bananas
    - 1 apple
    - 1 kiwi
    - 3/4 cup frozen blueberries
    - 1 cup spinach/kale
    - 1 cup almond milk
    - 6 cashews

Blend it up and that's it. :) The cashews make it super filling.

I buy Lean 15 protein powder. 2 sugar, 100 cals, 15 grams of protein. Keeps me full. I do it with a cup of almond milk but you can do it with water.

Meal replacement shakes tend to have all 3 macros in them, hence the term "meal replacement". Is that what youre looking for, or do you actually want recommendations for a low/no carb protein powder?
