Hello Ladies,
I am looking for a low sugar meal replacement shake as the one I am currently on has 14g per serve.
Does anyone have a good recommendation?

this is how I do my shakes:
1/2 c. low fat cottage cheese
1 scoop of Vanilla Whey Protein Powder (Costco)
2 packets of Stevia Sweetner
Any flavor of Fat Free Sugar Free Pudding mix 1-2 Tablespoons
Depending on the flavor..you can also add fruit or/and 1 tsp. peanut butter
1/2 -1 cup water
Blend in blender
Add ice and blend if want thicker.
Green Shake
2 cups baby spinach
1 tsp. peanut butter
1/2-1 c. water
1/2 c Low Fat cottage cheese
2 packets of Stevia Sweetner
1/2 frozen banan
3 frozen strawberries
1/2 scoop vailla whey protein powder (costco)
Place all in a blender and blend...add ice if like and blend until smooth.0 -
This is my Fruit n' Greens Smoothie! It doesn't have any added sugar, although there is a lot of fruit in it so the natural sugar level will be quite high. But it's super delicious and nutritious!
- 2 bananas
- 1 apple
- 1 kiwi
- 3/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup spinach/kale
- 1 cup almond milk
- 6 cashews
Blend it up and that's it.The cashews make it super filling.

I buy Lean 15 protein powder. 2 sugar, 100 cals, 15 grams of protein. Keeps me full. I do it with a cup of almond milk but you can do it with water.0

Meal replacement shakes tend to have all 3 macros in them, hence the term "meal replacement". Is that what youre looking for, or do you actually want recommendations for a low/no carb protein powder?0
