Week 2?

So, I know week 2 and week 1 have the exact same workouts. I'm wondering if anyone lifted heavier or stayed the same? I tried to lift heavier (as heavy as I could), and got super excited when I would leg press 110 lbs (though, I feel I should be able to do more than that since I actually weigh about 282. Crazy).
How did week 2 go for everyone else?

I tried to increase where I could. It's fun to track your workouts and see where you are getting stronger. This week (7) I leg pressed 300lbs from about 150 before. Crazy!0 -
My upperbody sets pretty much stayed the same with exceptions. Triceps, rows and lat pull downs I increased by one plate. I doubled my lower body weights. I was pretty conservative week one. I just needed a baseline to start. I can't believe I stuck with it for 2 weeks so far. I am looking forward to mixing it up in week 3. How's the Nutrician going?0

I increased upper body but went a little lighter than last week on my lower. I was so sore after last weeks leg work out I couldn't walk! I like being sore but when you can't even roll over in bed I draw the line :laugh:0

I usually try to go a little heavier as well, but some areas like chest just don't seem to budge for me. My weakest area for sure is chest. Oh, and abs. But I am getting better on those.0

I got through my entire shoulder routine with 8 lbs weights today. Last week, I had to switch to 5 lbs for part of them. Also, my mom told me my arms don't look as flabby. That's what a girl likes to hear!:bigsmile:0

I went a little heavier on legs but upper body stayed roughly the same.0
