So I have not heard the best things about Beachbody's customer service but.... My RIU DVD did not work when I tried to preview it today. It only took a four minute phone call to have a free replacement on the way. They even offered to ship it two day so I could move on to the DVD early next week. Great customer service!

Oh and if any of you have been wondering.... The Shakeology is great! Had my second one today. They are tasty and really do give you great energy. I ordered the chocolate. Curious to see if it helps with some added weight loss.

    Im glad they took care of you right away!! That is good to know since Im a new coach. :)

    I called last night to see when my next shipment was coming in ! Im almost out! Sometimes I do have a shake after dinner too because its that yummy and better for me than Ice Cream! lol
    And I had to share with my daughter one day , she wanted to try it , my 23rd old ,not the toddler ;)
