just got this amazing book from the library and already i am hooked!!! I plan on buying it now if i can figure out ONE thing!! I am wondering if it possible to be doing this kind of weight machine WITHOUT going to a gym?
I see people refering to stages, like stage 1, 2, 6 and 7.....is there a stage at which it becomes essential for the use of the gym weights or machines?
We have a weight room at home here with a bench, ex curl bars and some kettle bells and medicine balls and a few dumbells, just wondering how much more weight I may have to invest in if any? or would a gym membership be more practical?
if this is mentioned elsewhere I welcome the link as well, I did honestly try looking thru the posts but have been unsuccessful!
Thanks and much appreciated!

There are a few links on the first page or 2 about alternatives and ideas on how to do the program at home. But check your local Craigslist to score huge deals on used equipment and weights.0
