Happy weekend! I am on my way to my hip hop class and just want to check in with everyone...How you all doing? We are on day 6 and I am amazed of the commitment that you have with yourself to get to day 6...woohoo!

Keep sweating and keep grooving...I know I will!

    Yes, you are a great motivator!!

    Well I started off my day by walking a lot, but I was shopping so I don't think that really counts! :wink: So then I went swimming, and I did 100 laps! I'm just getting my endurance back, so I was excited to break that mark! All in all I was swimming for around 65 to 70 minutes. The clock said 70, but I take 30 second breaks when I'm doing sprints, and long sets. So I figure I was probably swimming for around 65 minutes.

    I am trying to learn how to run .. so .. today I took my dog out and did walk/ run /walk/ run for 35 mins ... it felt good .. once again .. got in my SWEAT!!! lol

    I also got a step counter the other day , and have logged just over 9200 steps so far just walking around .. Woot !!!

    I am loving this group !!
    Thanks for all being so motivated !!! helps me to be MORE motivated !

    Great job on the running Melanie. It's one of my least favorite things to do, but burns the most calories, so I try to do it anyway. 9200 is impressive in a day! :happy:
