Week 2 Challenge 1 - 250 Pushups

I'm volunteering to create *one of* this week's challenges. Last week our challenges were based on food, how about an exercise challenge this week?

Can you do 250 push ups in 1 week? Any type will do: regular, on knees, inclined (on steps, etc.), whatever you can manage and will challenge you.

To make it more fun, you can also include a photo of you doing your push ups. Good luck everyone!

    Thanks for doing this Jamaicanlady, I'm definitely in!! Planning on incorporating squats as well.
    Loving these weekly challenges - feel quite proud of the amount of sugar I cut out from my diet last week (already feeling the difference) and quite excited to see how I go with the pushups :smile:

    Since the challenge allows for modified I'm in. 36 push-ups every day this week starting now. Photo to come :)

    I'm in - easy peasy (as long as I remember to do it!!) I'll mix it up though - regular push ups and on knee push ups. :smile:

    Managed to get 3 done post workout today (did chest and biceps so I was kinda noodle armed earlier). Going to crank out the rest before bed!
