I don't know why but I totally forgot about MFP. I'm getting my tablet soon so I'll be able to have the app. This sounds like an awesome challenge. I'm a bit worried because I sort of am just finding out lol but I think I can do it. So thats basically 62 push-ups for the weekend. Definitely do able.

I wish that I could do this but I just my pelvic bone back into place and I am supposed to take it easy for a few days because of how sore I am.0

awesome I just started yesterday but Ill be done by Sun eve. I usually do 50-70 a day the regular standard pushup. Oh course not all at one time lol the most I can do at one time is prob 25.0

I'm ashamed to say, I didn't complete this. I started off good, but after my Wednesday Yoga class, my arms and shoulders were so sore...I wimped out.
I hope there's another challenge for week 3. I find them challenging and inspiring..I'm really going to try and NOT be a wimp on this next one.

I've been doing 30DS, and I am on level 2 ... also doing FabAbs in January add-on workout so here's my count for the week:
Sun 13Jan- 17 knee pushups, 8 walk out pushups
Mon 14Jan- 18 knee pushups, 8 walk out
Tue 15Jan- 20 knee, 10 walk outs
Wed 16Jan- 20 knee, 12 walk outs
Thur 17Jan- 22 knee, 12 walk outs
Fri 18Jan- 14 walk outs
Sat 19Jan- 25 knee, 14 walk outs
==== 136 knee pushups + 78 walk outs = 214.
Not bad when I couldn't do 10 pushups on my knees even 2 weeks ago. And I couldn't do 2 walk out pushups for anything! LOL0 -

^^^ Agreed! But remember, exercise is just 20% of the battle, your diet is the other 80% so we have to be mindful of both.
AFM, just did 50 push ups for a total of <drum roll> 266 push ups this week. Done! If no one else volunteers I will try to see if I can come up with another exercise challenge for this week. The ones that are created by the group admin focus on cardio and as I'm trying to build muscle right now, too much cardio doesn't help me so I've had to forego her challenges.0 -
