I saw this recipe on Youtube under Blogilates. It's a banana cookie with oats and it's super simple.
Makes a dozen. 1 cup oats and 1 ripe banana. If you like you can add a handful of raisins and some vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Use your hands to mash and mix it all together in a bowl. Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray. Form the cookies into a circle (they will be a little flat, but do your best). Bake at 350 degrees farenheit for 15 to 20 min.
