Encouragement

Hi Everyone, just a quick note of encouragement...as the excitment of the new year fades I want to encourage all of you to continue your journey to a better you! I am on day 7 of no coffee! Last week was very difficult but feel much better now. I have also begun swimming laps and last week, Stephanie, joined me which was very exciting.
