I gained 40lbs the past few years mostly dude to health reasons & the inability to be active. I worked a lot on my health last year & finally able to start working out. I've been a dancer my whole life up until the past few years, & I want to get back to *my* life. I want to be healthy & happy & feel like myself - my best self.0 -

I am 5'5". My CW is 320lbs. My GW is 290lbs for now. I want to lose weight so I don't feel so sluggish all the time. I want to feel healthier.0 -

3. Is your UGW in an unhealthy range of BMI?
No, I'm 5'2" & my UGW is 109. I was around 105 (on my DL, then again I was 16 taking 30+hrs of dance/wk) to 115. A couple of times I hit the 98-99 mark & that was always scary. Something was wrong both times, so I know what is healthy for me & what is not. My GW is 110, but that 1 extra lb would be like a bonus goal or something haha
Since I am getting older though, I'm thinking maybe I'll try doing something different, like having upper body strength for once. I never had any & there's some things I'd like to do that require more upper body strength than I've had.0 -

I don't really have a "limit" - I try to look at what's in what I'm eating more than a number. I kinda aim around 1,200 lately/ generally. But if I want to eat 4 pieces of pizza I'm not going to freak out about it.0 -
